• Visited him on numerous occasions
• Talked on the phone twice a day
• Married Francisco in The Dominican Republic on October 13, 2004
• Submitted Family Class sponsorship application May 2005
• He was granted his Visa October 12th, 2005
• Arrived in Canada December 4th, 2005
• Abandoned her and the marriage on Jan 31/06
• He has not made any contact with her since the day he disappeared
• She tried on numerous occasions to try and talk to him but he ignored all of her attempts
• She called CIC office to report he left; they did not take any information - faxed a letter to immigration office - still no response
